While the exterior of the house retains its original and traditional charm, you will be met by a fantastic, completely renovated, and modern home the moment you step over the threshold. The house is perfectly located with the ski bus just 50 meters away (at Bardøla), taking you quickly and easily to the slopes both morning and afternoon. You can ski from the alpine slopes practically all the way to the front door, and it is just a short distance to cross-country trails and the ski stadium.
This is an excellent gathering place for large families or groups of friends who want plenty of space.
The ground floor offers a large, social living room with an open kitchen layout – a lovely place to gather around cooking and the cozy fireplace after a long day outdoors. On this floor, you will also find a beautiful master bedroom with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom, as well as a practical guest toilet in the hallway.
On the second floor, a cozy loft living room with two comfortable sofas awaits. This is a great zone for the kids, or for those who wish to retreat for a bit. This floor accommodates three large bedrooms, all furnished with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed that easily folds out into a 160 cm bed. Up here, you will also find a large, beautiful bathroom, complete with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The house is upgraded with modern technology for a seamless stay: All three TVs are Smart TVs, there is a Sonos sound system in the house, smart heat pumps for a comfortable indoor climate, and smart lighting (Philips Hue) in all rooms.
Outside, there is a pleasant yard with a charming little traditional storehouse ("stabbur"), and ample parking space for 5-6 cars.
