Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap"

"Host was very responsive to all email questions. Erik was the onsite caretaker and was absolutely excellent. we used What's app to communicate to almost everyone and between our family once arrived--free. He arranged for our family of 8 to have taxi pickup. Driver offered to stop at a local market on the way to get some groceries. We bought a lot of eggs! Alcohol was expensive at the store, but we didn't want to carry it from the US. We had 6 adults and 2 children, aged 5 and 6. Kids loved playing in the sand, and we all played in the beautiful pool. We had multiple excursions, mostly snorkeling and fishing, scheduled with Eric's help, including an in-house chef for our 50th anniversary dinner-wonderful! Erik was out each day to make sure our boat picked us up. He had our golf carts delivered to the house prior to our arrival. The house was perfect for our needs, roomy for meals, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Small markets close by for eggs, fruits, and vegetables. Many restaurants from inexpensive (roadside taco's) to very fancy (expensive) close by. Beach view was great, but sea grape-seaweed was thick. Kids swam off the dock, shallow water. Used both kayaks and paddle boards. Good time had by all! Highly recommend!!"

"We had a great stay outside of San Pedro and Ocean's Edge was an amazing condo. Very clean and the beach was right there as we stepped off the back patio. Communication was excellent and Ester jumped right in to help us take care of the few minor things that popped up during our stay. "
