"We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is central to many attractions, short 5 min walk to the Omicho market, Kanazawa Castle park; 15min walk to Kenrokuen garden and Higashi old town area. The surroundings of the hotel is peaceful. Breakfast is good. Highly recommend! "

"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "

"Staff were super friendly, the public bath was always clean and empty between 5am-6am, the room was cozy and cute. The breakfast was great, I really liked the salted fish I got on my second day, the staff there were friendly too."

"Our first time and look forward to returning to other onyado Nono locations of this same one in Kanazawa. It was clean (no shoes, tatami mats everywhere), quiet rooms and nicely laid out (missing heated toilet seats) big room for Japan standards . Love the treats after onsen experience (ice cream and noodles). App staff we encourage there’s were very helpful and pleasant."
