Customer service at check in was Happy friendly and welcoming.the upkeep of the grounds was nice and clean the room was clean and a decent size for a family I would highly recommend staying at the light house to my friends and family.kia ora🙂

Kia ora Tino ataahua Motel, the host Juanita, was awesome on arrival, very hospitable, her staff very helpful and caring, waking up to the hokianga moana outside my room, was just beyond happiness. I will be staying here again alot, nga mihinui e te haukainga o sands motel, mauri ora

Lovely old bank with beautiful wooden features, super comfy king bed and easy check-in. Minnie was lovely and extremely helpful. Overall excellent

My grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If my grandchildren could they would have lived in the pool. The owners were extremely helpful and very friendly which enhanced our stay! Thank you for making our stay memorable! My grandchildren raved about staying at Kauri Park 😊 We’ll definitely stay again!

Lovely comfortable stay at The Stone Store Lodge. Beautiful, peaceful setting amongst the trees. Loved the kitchen and lounge areas and being able to have breakfast there. Particularly enjoyed the granola!

Have to stay again. Came from Paihia thinking I might be dissapointed. I wasnt, beautiful sea views, sounds and smells. Great staffwith extras, i.e. ice and laundry facilities, more than your regular continental breakfast. I will be back!!

The management team were amazing in their helpfulness and support during my stay and we’re able to accommodate my requests without any problem. Absolutely a great choice to stay here especially being en route to the TA.

Great spot, great host that second visit there has always been delightful to stay at so happy to make this a permanent spot for when I need to travel north and spend the night. Neighbouring restaurant was a bit of a let down sadly.

Location is great, it was a spacious clean room with a very comfortable king bed. The air conditioning was fabulous as it was 31 degrees outside. The pool was lovely also with a lovely outlook.

A perfect start to our NZ experience. Despite a delay in our flight getting us to our destination late, the motel staff were so understanding and confirmed they would be waiting for us. On arrival, we were greeted in the most friendly and welcoming manner, and given directions to our room. The next morning, staff were only to happy to direct us to the local attractions and way to maximize our day.
