Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in. I only noticed on my last night staying there but as a female solo traveler it made me a bit uneasy, I'd wish it didn't open from the outside.

BBQ buffet for 299000 dong was absolutely the worst experience in my 6 trips to Vietnam. Cold breakfast was not far behind

We liked the layout of the interior of the hotel.
We enjoyed the pool
The breakfast was first rate and varied. The variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes left us full until dinner time.

"This is my second stay and is a perfect place for relaxation . Good vibes. Unfortunately the private beach is being upgraded and the hotel arrange shuttle to Ang Bang beach which was nice spot to relax . There is also a shuttle to hoian ancient town. My Grand River villa has a beautiful view"

"Excellent stay, great location as close enough to the Old Town, but far enough out to be quieter but with all the amenities. Very happy with our rooms as a family of four we had the suite with two very large beds which worked well. Didn’t use the kitchen. Would say again."
