"We had a great stay at Indigo! The spacious room was perfect for our getaway. There was a private entrance and a reserved parking space. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beverages and coffee were a welcomed bonus!For the price and location to our event, this no-frills booking was perfect. Chris was so easy and quick to communicate with. "Room shower dispensers were empty & 1 washcloth in room. We stayed 2 nites & were out of room all day but it wasn't tidied up on our return. TV wouldn't turn off or change channels. Front ofc cashier had a negative attitude, slightly snoddy. Cigarette butt on floor of hallway & lingering smell of unusual odor. Our key wouldn't allow us access Saturday nite after long day & evening at an event. We had to trouble the 'not so nice front-ofc gal'. She was talking to us behind the wall upon our approach to the counter. Explained that key card wouldn't work. She scolded us for carrying it in our wallet. I'll book at another motel next time. Customer Service and safety should be a top priority for this establishment."
