"Upon arrival the hotel was dirty and needing maintenance we checked in went to our room and it was not cleaned. Opened a door for the fridge and there were roaches. There was crumbs on the couch and looked as if there was no cleaning done we went back to the front desk told them we are not staying. They called the manager to let them know. We drove 6 hours it was 12:45 am and this was not what we wanted to do have to go find another hotel. "

"Staff was not friendly and my room was not ready until much later than my scheduled check in time. When I tried to voice my concerns to hotel staff, they dismissed the complaints without providing any remedy. Water pressure was terrible. There are only 4 elevators and it could take up to 20 minutes to catch one during peak hours. "

"This was a really nice hotel for our short 2-night stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful including those working the bistro and front desk. Nice room and comfy bed. "

"I could not get a late check in. You must be there by 10pm or you have to drive 15 min to a strange destination and search for help. This should have been made more clear. I got there 15 min before close only to find they had already closed the restaurant. I had to go around the back of the restaurant to find a worker to help me, all the while wondering if I was going to get shot by somebody thinking I am a prowler. They claimed they sent instructions ahead of time, but I did not see it in my email. It should be more clear on hotels.com website. The staff was nice though, just not accommodating on the phone. Food was good, but tends to get crowded and a little slow. Room was nice. "
