"Beautiful view. The cabin was very clean and we loved all the amenities. Sitting in the hot tub with the stars was amazing. We loved our time here. Very close to restaurants, hiking, sky lift and shops. The town is tiny, but cute and the people so nice. "

"The property is even better than the pictures show online. It was very comfortable, remarkably clean and perfect for our long weekend stay. The directions to the home were easy to follow and communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. It was quite a coincidence that the cave kayak tour we booked was right down the road.Wish we could have stayed a full week!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Smallwood Cabin. It was modern, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. The host responded quickly to messages, but we were never able to figure out the temperature control of the hot tub, so we couldn’t enjoy it 2 out of the 3 nights. The house manual only explained how you could accidentally put it into sleep or eco mode, which drops the temperature, but never told us how to get it back into standard mode. Overall, the cabin was pretty clean, minus some dust on the headboards, dining chairs, and behind the TV. The HVAC return and bathroom vents were quite dirty too. Recommend updating backyard pictures as there were only 2 chairs around the fire pit, but 4 were pictured, so we didn’t bring extra seating and the weeds we’re so overgrown you couldn’t see the pond. Overall, Smallwood was a nice, roomy place for our family and we we enjoyed being so close to everything."

"No complaints! We (and the dogs) loved the property and fire pit area. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. John was very responsive to our questions. We went hiking and kayaking nearby. Would 100% stay again!"

"There was a minor snafu at the beginning but it was rectified as soon as it was reported to the owner. The place was beautiful and comfortable. We plan on staying again next year as this is an annual tradition. "

"It was very cozy; love the wood smell of the cabin. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking or driving. a nice surprise was the indoor jacuzzi. (Actually, the bed in that room is more comfortable than the bed in the bigger bedroom). The firepit was a nice touch, unfortunately we did not end up using it. We had also planned to grill, but I was too tired after hiking and we ended up just eating leftover Miguel's Pizza. Be aware that the grill is just a simple park or campsite grill. You'll need charcoal and foil if you can't clean the grate to your liking. Also, this cabin is not isolated. there are neighbors in full view on either side and you're just off that main road. But all in all, it was a greeat stay in a fine cabin. I will also say the office staff was very helpful and friendly. "
