"Great property for summer. Going in November we missed out on a lot of benefits it has to offer. Room was clean, bed comfy. Property could use a little updating of carpet in halls and elevator but it is a state park and has a lot to offer. Very close to what we needed. Staff super friendly and great suggestions in the area. We are already looking to return during summer months! "

"Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin is big enough for 4 people to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and serving utensils. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and seemed well maintained. Upon arriving we did try to use the fireplace and it would not work. I contacted the property management and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps, they sent out maintenance the next day to say that a part would need replaced. The cabin is close to restaurants as well as a couple gas stations. The closest grocery store was only a 15 minute drive. The State Park was also very close, about a 5 minute drive.My biggest con was the driveway. The driveway is VERY steep. Our car is a manual transmission and it took about 4 tries to get up the driveway. You really have to gun it to get all the way up and over a small hump at the top. Leaving was also not the easiest. My car is also quite small and I thought I had reversed far enough back to make the turn out, you must make AT LEAST a 3 point turn out of the driveway or you might end up running into the railing. Again, everything else was absolutely great and we had a good time and will definitely consider booking here again if we are in the area."

"Beautiful view. The cabin was very clean and we loved all the amenities. Sitting in the hot tub with the stars was amazing. We loved our time here. Very close to restaurants, hiking, sky lift and shops. The town is tiny, but cute and the people so nice. "

"We had a fabulous time on an all girls hiking/adventure trip. Extremely convenient location to parks. Loved the big kitchen, eating area, living space and outdoor gathering spots (patio, fire pit, front porch). The driveway was surprisingly more difficult to manuever than expected. Steep up and down and many trenches where water has washed dirt/gravel away. I imagine this changes depending on maintenance and heavy weather. Definately need a 4 wheel drive. We just chalked the driveway up as another adventure!!!Best part was the immediate response by Managment to a couple items that needed fixing. Super friendly and very quick to help. "

"There was a minor snafu at the beginning but it was rectified as soon as it was reported to the owner. The place was beautiful and comfortable. We plan on staying again next year as this is an annual tradition. "
