"We had a fantastic room on the third floor with a view of the beautiful lake. The staff were extremely pleasant especially checking in and out. The breakfast was very good and so fresh. Tea and coffee plentiful as with croissants and all other quality breakfast items. The beds are super comfortable and room spacious. Will definitely be coming again."

"This place is nice, although doesn’t have AC so room was very warm. If you open the windows at night, street is moderately loud as it’s a main road. Shared bathroom and shower were clean. Very nice beach to swim and relax. Breakfast was good!"

"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were above standard, with a great selection of healthy and nutritious options. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, we really enjoyed the included boat cruise to downtown Lucerne, it was an amazing experience! Yes, the hotel is expensive, but considering the high-quality breakfast and the beautiful boat ride directly to the center of Lucerne, it was definitely well worth the money."

"We stayed at Yarn Hotel in Zurich for four days and overall had a great experience. The location was excellent, right by the train station, which made getting around very convenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was also very good. There were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and there was no phone in the room to contact the concierge or front desk. The concierge also closes around 10:30 PM, and after that the hotel doors are locked, so there is no access to the concierge overnight if you need any assistance. Other than these points, we really enjoyed our stay. It was a good, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location, and overall, we had a positive experience."

"Charming. Love the proximity to the lake. The pool is wonderful. Food is very good. Staff very friendly and hard-working. If the weather is very hot opt for a lower floor. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very hot and some of the windows did not open. We are hearty and made it work with a fan and cold swim before bed but it was not ideal. The view is fairy-tale-like. Would go back and get a lower floor with balcony"
