It was hard to leave
Superb view, lovely quiet location, comfortable furniture and good functioning facilites...and the balcony! My only complaint is it was hard to leave....

Fabulous location, great space just a bit outdated. Very comfortable bed and plenty of fluffy towels. A coffee pod machine would be a great addition.

Great short Hobart Stay
Views to die for- this property was as described- 180 degree views of Hobart and the river whilst still being close to most places. A quick drive down to North Hobart or south to Sandy Bay. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The bal only was a definite plus!

Extremely comfortable and beautifully presented. The view of Hobart, the surrounding hills and the Derwent just wonderful. A short drive into the centre of town as well as to other parts of Hobart.

Great View
A good location if you have a car and no mobility issues. The listing says 2 flights of stairs but there are actually 4 flights of stairs. My husband stayed and I ended up not going due to illness but he says I definately would have had difficulty with the stairs anyway. This is not stated on the listing. I would have enjoyed the view but overall the unit is smaller than appears in listing and you definately wouldn't want to stay here if you can't do stairs.

The perfect view
The property was very tidy and neat , The views in the morning were unreal It has everything you need for a little getaway and very close by to the city but you feel far away from everything aswell would definitely stay here again

Peace & Perfection
What a gorgeous hidden gem! I was recuperating from minor surgery for several days and this place was perfect. Amazing views from the lounge, gas cooking, full size fridge!! And a balcony area that would have been ideal for relaxing except that Hobart poured on the rain for the entire visit. But I didn’t really mind because watching the storm was spectacular. And did I mention you had an amazing picture window in the bedroom to star gaze thru at night. I threw back the curtains (not overlooked) and watched an amazing moon and star show on my first night. Lounge room chairs were perfect and surprisingly comfortable. In my view making sure the seating is comfortable is far more important than the bed or the bathroom accessories. For three days I couldn’t go anywhere and having a comfortable lounge seat was, and is always, a necessity. Well done Matt on a superb apartment. I’ll be back again for sure. Loved it!
