It is a great location. It is safe and secure. I like the area. You can walk to restaurants and convenience stores. The stuff are friendly and the apartment is spacious for one or two people. The area gets crowded during the night. There are a lot to do in the area.

I had a hard time finding the location. It is tucked away in the alley. Loud music nightly until 10pm. I really enjoyed the stay in the heart of Japan Town walkable and close to amazing shopping. Not for the family but for the young and young at heart it’s a great stay.

I stayed on the 5th floor, and the most underrated part of this specific room is the gorgeous view of the city. I haven’t seen anyone mention this in their review, but it was absolutely beautiful waking up to it and seeing the buildings light up at night with a colorful display. If you don’t mind the T.V not working (which I didn’t because I spent my time looking for longterm apartments) then you’ll absolutely love the cozy and minimal aesthetic. The hotel may be a bit hard to find at first because it’s tucked away in a corner of a street within Japan town, but once you’re settled in you’ll realize it’s a straight line then a turn once you’re at the end of the street to exit into the main street. The district, particularly the area surrounding this hotel feels like an anime. So many options for food, there’s a rich Japanese influence because of the aptly named town it’s in, and at night it turns into somewhat of a red-light district with girls wandering the streets, which you should avoid those sorts of tourist traps. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you’re just visiting, want to experience the highlights of Ho Chi Minh City, or need a place to stay that’s comfortable while you’re apartment hunting like I did. 10/10

Lots of great Japanese restaurants nearby including some of the best I've found outside of Japan. The property was well kept and well appointed. Take note that you have to actively contact the property via WhatsApp prior to your arrival to find out check-in instructions.

日本タウンの中にあります。湯船があって、毎日2回、お湯に浸かる事ができてよかったです。 日本タウンの中にはエッチなカラオケ屋・エッチなバー・エッチなマッサージ屋が沢山有って、美女がわんさか声掛けしてきて鬱陶しいような、楽しいような。その他日本レストランも沢山有って、使いませんでしたが、なんとなく安心感が有りました。

Belle surprise.

Très bien situé dans le quartier japonais très animé, au fond d'une impasse. Emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville mais il faut supporter les sollicitations incessantes des filles de bars ou de restaurants. Ceci-dit la chambre est très calme, confortable et propre. L'accès indépendant par codes est pratique. Je reviendrai.

住在1-4樓是沒問題的，住在5樓的話，就需要再爬一層樓梯，如果行李很重或有小孩的話，需要考慮一下，整體來說是乾淨舒服的該有的都有，附近也要走路去哪也很方便

가성비 좋은 호텔

한국인이 이용하기에는 약간 어려움이 있습니다. 차량 진입이 불가능한 좁은 골목길 끝쪽에 위치하고 있고 비대면으로 체크인과 체크아웃을 해야하는 호텔이기 때문에 이런 점을 감안해서 이용한다면 추천하고 싶습니다. 호텔 출입을 위하여 체크인시에 직원과 통화한 후 스마트 도어락을 직접 열고 들어가야 합니다. 호치민 시가지에 위치하고 있어서 접근성은 매우 좋은 곳입니다.
