The building is very nice but the room has not been maintained. It wouldn’t take a lot, but it’s been ignored. Otherwise, this place is great. Can’t beat the location or convenience.

Everything was just so perfect! The price was quite pricey in comparison with other accommodation but it was worth it as long as you use all facility. The view at the room and swimming pool was stunning. I liked how spacious the room was and how it was a full apartment with even a washing machine and a great view from the balcony. Stores and restaurants were also walking distance which made it convenient to go anywhere. What I didn't like is the hotel in the kitchen counter and floor was infested with tiny ants, also on the dinning table and also in the bathroom. Repeatedly cleaned the counter top and dining table and bathroom. Even made sure to empty trash. The room should be fumigated.

There were a few things wrong with this apartment such as the air conditioning and the washer didn't work. I have to contact the property manager many times to get ít fix. The power was not even on when I entered into the apartment. The property manager should have checked everything before they rent out the apartment.
