Comfortable for Vietnamese standards

The property is spacious and comfortable for party of 4. Some of the living room furniture can be updated but it did include basic amenities. The distance is about a 15-20 drive from the Saigon market which cost on average 80000-115000 dong depending on time/traffic. I thought it was located in the Landmark 81 building but it was in an adjacent Landmark Plus building on the 33rd floor. It did have a nice view of the city. If you are looking for a long term stay and want to cook, this place would be perfect. However, if you are only looking to stay in Saigon for a few days, I would recommend staying closer to the city. The air conditioning units are operated by remote in each room. We did have issues trying to watch television as it wasn’t connected. Overall, by Vietnamese standards, we enjoyed our experience and stay.
