Booked this property well in advance, 3 months and booked a smoking room, emailed the property to confirm and never got a response. When I arrived at property was told it was non smoking but could smoke in the stairwell.... Breakfast was good. Some communication and language issues.

いいホテルです。 中心部から近いように見えますが、道が混むと結構時間かかります。 フロントの人も親切。 朝食も十分です。 空港も近い。 ホテルの近くの海鮮料理美味しかったです。 隣のローカルのレストランでホーチミン名物の豚のホルモンのお粥が食べれます。 意外とあっさりしていて美味しかったです。

Wasn't the worst place. But had alot of mold in the shower and on the bedroom wall. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only stayed a few nights not bothering to complain because of the cheap price.

Confusion on stars, noise, damp

Expedia listed as 3 stars, but hotel indicated 2 stars. Damp room due to no adequate window and ventilation. Noise whenever elevator move and other people talk outside. Smoking smell from previous stayer (mostly local)

Sehr nette Und hilfsbereite Hotelteam

Wir waren 11 Nächte da, Lage sehr gut, viele Restaurant in der Nähe. Preis Leistung geht in Ordnung. Hotel Team war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Rückflug war am Abend und das Hotel Team hat uns angeboten für einen späte Checkout. Was von vielen Hotel nicht selbstverständlich ist.

무례한 호텔

4박 5일 일정으로 예약을 했는데 갑자기 마지막날 아침에 다른 호텔로 옮겨야한다고 방을 빼란다. 메콩강 투어예약해서 아침에 나가야하는데 갑자기 방빼라고 해서 어떤 사정이야기도 안하구....방을 바꿔야한다는 소리만 헤대구 메콩강투어는 가야하고 짐대충싸고 갔다왔더니 어떤 짐은 다른 호텔로 옮겨놨구 어떤 양해나 미안한 말도없이 그냥 끝...이런 불친절하고 무례한 호텔은 처음 볾..ㅠㅠ

great location but poor soundproofing

Hotel in great location with everything in walking distance, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average recommend going early before cold. Walls are not soundproof and we had a group staying in the next room who were very loud and hard to sleep with.

壁が薄いので隣の部屋の話し声やテレビの音が聞こえます。 こちらの音も聞こえてそうで、気になりました。 ドアを開けた時に見えない部分の掃除が甘いです、３泊しましたが髪の毛がずっとありました。 珍しくバスタブ一杯にお湯をはってもお湯切れしません。シャワーだと味気ない人にはいいと思います。 観光地まではタクシーで少し時間がかかりますが、ホテルのスタッフも愛想が良く、良いホテルだとお思います。

Great place to stay, 5 min walk from center HCMC.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Room was spaciuos as adverticed, good wifi and room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and complementary bottles of water included. Breakfast is a basic but tasty buffet with both vietnamese style and european style food, fruit and drinks. I stayed here for Christmas as well, so they organised a free Chrismass Buffet for all guests. All staff, cleaning, at breakfast buffet and reception are all very friendly.
