This place is a scam. We booked a stay in the 2 bedroom Presidential suite and 3 hours before check-in we were told our room was unavailable and moved to a different location. They stuck us in a filthy little 2 bedroom apartment in a different complex. We didn't even stay 1 night it was so bad. The pictures associated with this so called Luxstay are also attached to other properties in Ho Chi Minh City. Be careful before booking in HCMC all our other stays in Vietnam we either good or great.

Fake photos. Fake address. Fake amenites! Hard to contact renter. Waited hours to check in. Had to drive across town to a totally different space. No breakast and no airport transport as stated!! Tried to contact Expedia to report the scam but was not able to talk to anyone. It’s nonrefundable if we cancel and we would be stranded and no funds to rebook another space. Had to stay in subpar space and no response from renter when we message them except day of check out! So angry of the whole experience. We should be able to get a refund if the renter did not honor their advertised spaced and benefits. I would never use Expedia again if I don’t get a fair compensation or if this renter is still able to operate and scam other customers—-it was a horrible experience abroad!!

Jeg bookede opholdet som et hotel, men det viste sig at være en lejlighed i et condo kompleks. Der var ingen reception, der var ingen morgenmad, der var ingen lufthavns henting - alt som var en del af den service der var nævnt inden salget. Meget misvisende.
