The hotel is situated in a very convenient location to many popular tourist destinations. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. They offer breakfast in the morning which is excellent. I will definitely consider staying at Saigon Hotel the next time I visit HCMC!

We loved this hotel and even booked it a few times within the month we were there because it was clean, reasonably priced, and the location is prime. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I have stayed here many times and normally it's an excellent stay. They messed up my room reservation and I received a terrible room with no balcony. Nothing to view or have a smoke if needed. I always ask for a balcony and this should be a matter of record at this point. I requested a balcony when I booked the room. This stay was disappointing.

Asa muslim traveller, the grand mosque is just a door steps and also halal saigon restaurent just beside the hotel. If want to go to shoping ben thant market and malaysia street about 2km. Easy to get grab. Breakfast if not cheaper better dont take because only eggs, bread, fruits and cerial. Other is non halal. Better bring your own food coz food is very expensive.
