Great location close to the walking street. Recommend to book the balcony room, the 2 other types have either no window or small window facing a wall.

Great gem in the heart of Bui Vien area
The hotel situated within walking to the Bui Vien walking street however, I did not experience any noise or music at night There are many restaurants locals and international on the same block of the hotel. There is a bus terminal and underground mall within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I felt very safe walking alone at night. Definitely stay here again. The receptionists both day and nite was very polite and helpful so does the owner

Central location
Enjoyable stay staff friendly, room was clean and tidy only down side it was a windowless room. The room was cleaned every day just wasn’t keen on the choice of breakfast you only got one small cup of coffee no refills. Overall a pleasant stay would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay staff friendly only disappointment with room was they was no window, if we had a window would have made it a more pleasant stay. Wasn’t very keen on breakfast not much of a choice you only got one small coffee that was it no juice. Would I stay here again yes but in a room with a window

CONFIRM BOOKING BEFORE TRAVEL!!!
Arrived at hotel to find no booking in our name despite having booked 10 months in advance, 1/2 hour for them to agree to put us in smaller room without balcony & agreed refund of $17 per night. Day of checkout they offered $6 per night, I refused to accept & contacted Hotels.com direct who apologised on their behalf & gave a full refund as promised. Eat elsewhere nextdoor or 2-3 hotels down (half cooked egg & bread for breakfast at Amigo) The rest of the hotel stay was fine.

Good Hotel for the Price
Great location for seeing all the HCMC sights. price was good, staff friendly. Although I don't think they were ultra excited about waking up at 6:00 am to let us out of the hotel for breakfast:), they didn't complain, just slept at the front desk between us leaving and coming back. They 100% had the best coffee we had while in HCMC. Originally we were only taking our 20 year old daughter, but then decided to bring our 17 year old as well. I mentioned that because the room was really only for 3 people and I never followed back up to modify the reservation. they didn't seem to really be bothered by it, although 3 would have been more comfortable. I loved the balcony with chairs. In the end we would stay there again on a budget.

Warm and friendly
Pleasant stay there room O.K. WIFI worked in Reception area hardly got it in room on 7th floor, lift only up to 6th. Staff very friendly and helpful, very clean, not expensive for what you got, had to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in at night in the shower, other than that good.

3 nights in Ho Chi Minh city
for a little extra took a family room, double and a single bed `and appreciated the extra room plus balcony on the 4th floor and yes there was an elevator. Air conditioner did not work very well. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast basic but disappointing.Situated in a great street too narrow for a car but not for bikes

Good hotel in a great location
Everything was great except the bed. The mattress was extremely firm. I know this is the norm in Asia but this mattress was a little more firm then anywhere else I stayed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again

This hotel was perfectly located around the corner from the main back packer areas which was perfect for us. Great location for bars, reataurants and tour operators. We booked with the company the hotel provided info for and have no complaints despite not being able I find much info about the company online. Hotel was on a quiet side street but there was some construction nearby. We were up early for trips or travelling each morning so it didn't bother us but if you were planning a sleep in you may get unlucky! Breakfast was good, pancakes and fresh baguettes were great!

立地が良かったです。 ブイビエン通りに近いのに部屋の中は思いの外静かした。 部屋も清潔で問題ありませんでした。 冷蔵庫が部屋に居る間しか冷えないのと部屋の中にティッシュがあったらいいなと思いましたが、大した問題点とは思いませんでした。

チェックイン時、女性スタッフが日本語で一生懸命説明してくれたのがとても良い印象でした。部屋はこぎれいにしてあり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました！ 外国人観光客が集まるエリアにあり、周囲にはベトナム、インド、タイなど深夜まで開いているお店も多く、食事には困りません。 このエリアには似たようなホテルがたくさんありますが、また泊まってもいいと思えるホテルでした。

발코니 패밀리룸(싱글베드 1개, 더블베드 1개) 이용하였다. 방이 깨끗하고 청결하다. 에어컨이 오래되서 리모콘 작동이 안되어 불편함 생수 작은 사이즈도 돈을 받는다 조식이 7시 30분 부터 시작하는데 7시부터 시작하면 일찍나가는 사람들에게 좋을듯 하다

バスターミナル、ベンタイン市場などに近く、いろいろと便利。 大通りから狭い小道を入るがわかりやすい。 受付の人は親切でいい。 無料の朝食は凄く簡単、期待しない方がいい。

Hospitable service with clean room. Our room is for 3 people and nice space. Hotel manager and owner are so nice for free shower after checking out and before my night bus to Dalat after they knew I was sick and needed a warm shower.

ホテルを見つけるのは初めては少し苦労しました。 24時間対応でしたが、夜中着だったのでシャッターが閉まっていました。 朝食は無料で食べれます。 部屋は普通です。綺麗くもなく汚くもなく。 2泊しましたが、ドアの前に掛けてたのに裏返しにされてて清掃はしてくれませんでした。 ドンコイ通り、ベンタン市場そこまで近くはありません

Deras minsta rum är lite väl litet för 2 personer med 2 resväskor men duger för en person. Annars bra läge i backpacker området. Det ligger i en gränd. Man stördes ej av trafiken eller barer.

房間算是略小~浴室很新，水量也很大。整體周邊生活機能方便。安全性也算不錯。服務人員很親切。不過唯一缺點是沒有洗髮精，只有給肥皂。

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Backpackerviertel in einer schmalen Seitenstrasse, dadurch hat man etwas "Ruhe" von den ganzen trouble :) Es ist genau das richtige, für die die nur ein Schlafplatz suchen und sich ins Nachtleben stürmen wollen. Vom Hotel aus sind die ganzen Bars, Clubs und Restaurants in nur einer Minute erreichbar, da quasi alles direkt um die Ecke liegt! Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist optimal, für wenig Geld bekommt man ein relativ gutes Zimmer mit sehr freundlichen Hotelpersonal... Das einzig negative ist das Frühstücksangebot, aber da ist man als deutscher wahrscheinlich zu verwöhnt ;)))

Onaardig personeel, slecht Engels sprekend. Je weet niet eens wie er in het hotel werken, zoveel mensen lopen er rond. Ontbijt is echt minimaal, 2e bakje koffie zit er niet in. Matrassen waren keihard.

Bra och centralt hotell. Trevlig personal och helt ok frulle. Rummen luktade lite konstigt men vi hade inget emot det,vi hade doftljus :) duschen va fantastiskt. O väldigt nära till pubgatan. Testa restaurangen bredvid - Asian kitchen. Mkt god mat :)

観光客向けのツーリスト会社が並んでいる地域にあり、日本のコンビニ(サークルKやファミリーマート)も近く、便利な場所にあるホテルです。スタッフは受付にいる方は英語で大丈夫。積極的にお客さんの国の言葉で挨拶とお礼を言ってくれるので親しみやすく感じられます。トイレットペーパーの補充が不十分な事があるので、その都度ルーム係りに持ってきて貰うのも悪いと思われる方はポケットティッシュを多目に用意しておく方が安心です。
