One of my favorite place to stay in hcmc
Already spent a few nights there, convenient place to stay put for a few days in district 4 as there is a laundry machine, wifi, coffee shop downstairs as well as supermarket open 24/24. I will be back

Good apartment in Rivergate residence
Prompt and easy check-in, good communication with the host. Nice clean apartment. Everything you may need (wifi, washing machine) is there. I like it.

Appartement en location simple ?
A votre arrivé , il faut savoir qu'il vous faudra téléphoner au propriétaire, ce que nous avons du faire pendant 1h30 pour enfin avoir quelqu'un
Lorsqu'il est arrivé 30 minutes de négociations car il ne reconnaissait pas avoir loué, nous avons du téléphoner à hotel.com, je vous dit pas la facture pour qu'il reconnaisse enfin avoir loué
L'appartement est tout à fait confirme a la description, grand spacieux et neuf et très bien sécurisé par des gardiens
2 jours plus tard nous avons du de nouveau contacter le propriétaire car le ménage journalier n'est pas respecté
L'appartement est tout à côté d'un quartier populaire ou vous pourrait manger local pour pas cher à votre gauche
Walking street est à 15 minutes de l'appartement sur votre droite
A noter que nous avons demandé un départ tardif sans supplément de prix
