Surprised

Staff are incredible and will do anything to help. Rooms and hotel are in need of updating. Cleanliness could definitely be better. You also need to request from reception for your room to be cleaned. The Hotel is fairly central and close to restaurants and bars.

worst serviced apartment

The room was not cleaned. The trash can also contained trash. Half-finished plastic bottles were scattered about. Hot water in the room was not working. Even when I spoke to the front desk, there was no response.

Great value for the price. The hotel included a jacuzzi bath and air conditioner for my unit. Basic amenities were included, but electricity would shut off if you used too much. Also, the room walls needed cleaning when I was there. Otherwise, the location is great (the hotel is inside a Japanese sub district next to a Sukiya and Familymart).

The apartment wasn't clean. I checked in after midnight and there was water all over the bathroom which wasnt mopped and shoesprints all over the apartment. Next day I asked the reception either to clean the room or to change. They have just mopped the bathroom and the room. During my stay I found ants in the room and a cockroach in the bathroom. It is a shame for such apartments to be hosted in websites for booking and I am really disappointed with Expedia for not having checked or ask for infos about these types of apartments

ホテルの場所は繁華街で便利。タオルとか清潔度はいまいち、石鹸・ハブラシは持参しないと無い。 仕事時での使用は問題ないが、短期旅行時には不向きです。 冷蔵庫はそこそこ大きいので部屋での料理は可能。

家族で宿泊しました

家族５人で宿泊しました。ブラジル料理レストランとマッサージ店と同じビルの中に位置します。目の前には人気飲食店、２軒隣にはファミリーマート等のコンビニもあり、真夜中までうるさいですが、便利な立地です。 カード式のエレベーターでセキュリティ面も安心感があります。シャワーのお湯が出ませんでしたが、あとは問題ありませんでした。
