翌朝5時にチェックアウトする日（土曜）に一泊のみ利用。良かった点は①買い物・飲食に恵まれたロケーション、②チェックイン時間を昼12時に早めてくれたという対応、③最低限の清潔感。不満な点は①利用した最上階までエレベーターが届いておらず、１階分は細い急な階段を使わなくてはいけないこと、②夜11時30分に外出先からホテルに戻った際、シャッターが閉じられていて、オーナー（？）を呼び出して開けてもらう必要があること、③外出の際は部屋の電気が落ちる仕組みになっていること。特に、門限は厄介だった。夜のほか、朝4時（朝食に出る）、5時（朝食から戻る）、5時45分（チェックアウト）と出入りした際、その都度、寝ていたオーナーを起こすことになった。あと、これは想定内であったが、深夜の騒音は振動が伝わってくるほどの凄さなので、子供連れには絶対に向かないと思います。

We were fooled by the overall high rating!

Positives were location if you want to be on Bue Vien walkkng street. It was tucked just down a small lane so was a bit quieter. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. The room was very old and worn. There was a weird smell in the rooms. The AC machine was loud and didn't work well. The mattress was a terribly uncomfortable, so we left after 10 minutes as we wouldn't be able to sleep on it.

You get what you pay for

I read the reviews and relied (unfortunately) on those that said this place was not noisy, this was not the case. There was a club playing live music until at least 2am, loud enough to hear every lyric. The room was tiny, as were the beds and the mattresses were very thin and hard. The blanket was old, fleece and very small. The “shower” was a cheap hand held nozzle not attached to the wall. I rarely leave reviews and am not a hater. This was a very inexpensive hotel and in this case, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a crash pad after partying all night, this is your place. If you want a bit of comfort, look elsewhere.
