Good hotel in the city
It was ok . Got transfered to another room after one room , bedsheet was not change so I was upgraded to a bigger room. For the inconvenience ... thanks to the concierge ...

it was terrible. the only positive i can say is that this hotel is in a perfect location. apart from that, everything about my stay there was terrible, the hotel was in very bad condition, with ants everywhere, the bathroom in horrible condition and very thin walls so it was very noisy. plus there was loud construction work nearby which would start early and finish late

nice cheap hotel in Ho Chi Minh
With hindsight this was probably not the hotel we should have booked. Ho Chi Minh was so hot that a hotel with a pool would have been a better choice albeit in a more expensive bracket. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The breakfast on the roof terrace had a different choice of Pho soup each day which were all delicious. The room was a little bit tired but for the cost well within acceptable.

I wouldn't do it again.
Basic rooms with kitchenette. These room I ended up with faced the alley, so I got a flashing neon light shining into the room at night, noisy/chatty smokers below the window during the day. There was a gaping hole (missing window) to the elevator shaft in the bathroom near the toilet which annoyed me to most. Think grit and dust and rats running up and down the elevator shaft all night with open access to your room... The location is also pretty good, but there are better options nearby. I wouldn't do it again.

장점 ㆍ한국식당 및 술먹기좋은 japanese street근처 ㆍ벤탄시장과 관광지 가까움 ㆍ가격대비 시설 깨끗한 가성비, 노후되지않음 ㆍ생각보다 주변소음 없음 ㆍ식기도구 완비, 전자렌지등 ㆍ입실시 청소상태 나쁘지않음 단점 ㆍ차에서 내려 골목까지 캐리어 끌고 들어감 ㆍ현관맞이 불친절, 인사안함, 짐 안들어줌 ㆍ청소 잘 안해줌 ㆍ청소해도 깨끗하지않음 ㆍ칫솔 리필 안해줌 ㆍ방에 개미 꽤 있음. 물리지는 않음ㅜ음식놓고 외출하면 안됨ㅜ ㆍ인덕션 작동안됨 그냥 싸게 쓰실분은 추천함

簡易キッチンの付いたアパートホテル
豪華なバイキングではありませんが、ルーフトップで日替わりの麺料理やトーストや卵料理などの朝食が頂けます。お部屋のあちこちに小さな蟻のような虫がちょろちょろ・・・・すぐ隣の建物が工事中だったり、前の建物のエアコンの室外機やレストラン厨房のダクトがあるので早朝から深夜まで賑やかです。場所はどこへ行くのにも便利です。

二泊お世話になりました。夕方到着した際、チェックインに手間取りました。501号室だったんですが、鍵が無いようでもたつきました。エレベーターが4階までしかなく重いカバンを階段で上げ下げ？とすごい嫌な気持ちに。おまけに部屋に入るとドブ臭くて。今回はサービスアパートメントに泊まりベトナムの惣菜を買い込み部屋でレンチンして食べたかったのに食欲は一気に失せました。また小さい蟻が沢山いてゴミ箱も用意されてなくて今更他のホテル探そうかなと凹んでいたところホテルから翌日部屋をチェンジしてくれるというオファーがありました。夜中は騒音で起きたのとやはり部屋が臭いのが気になり眠れませんでした。翌日の部屋も期待してませんでしたが、お昼前には101へ移動。部屋も臭わずお風呂もシャワーも快適になりました！5階はやめたほうがいいです。後せっかくの旅行なんで嫌な時は主張したほうがいいです。このホテルのスタッフは気分良く楽しく過ごして欲しいというホスピタリティーが高いので可能なことは対応してくれますよ。でも次からは宿泊費用はけちらずにしようと思いました。値段相応です。

スタッフの心遣いつかいが良い！
ホテルのスタッフがとにかく気が利いて良かったです。部屋のコンディションはお値段に比例していますが、特に掃除のスタッフの方の気が利いていてお母さんにお世話してもらっているような気分でした。顔を拝見することは無かったのですが、帰った時に出しっ放しにしていたお水が冷蔵庫に入っているとか、使いぱなしのタオルがきれいにたたんであるとか。水回りが整えてあるなど、心がほっとするような気遣いでした。 キッチン付きですが、キッチン用品は何も置いて居ませんでした。必要ならフロントで用意してくださると思います。

市中心便宜的選擇
房間不大，但距離第一郡景點，中央郵局，紅教堂等等，同啟街，歌劇院等等都很近，但浴室的浴廉有點感覺不是很乾淨，可以在改善。
