Lovely Lumiere

The facility was extremely nice and all of the employees were so nice. I had issues on day one with losing card, not working the door right and Louis was so patient with me. In additiin, we did forget something and he is mailing it. My only "negative" there was no hot water.

Beware of this property!!! • No wifi was provided for the entire stay • 1x breakfast was provided, but I missed out on the other 1x breakfast and 1x dinner as the property manager would not reply • No free tour of the city was provided • No pool access was provided I enquired about all the listed amenities multiple times and attempted to contact the property manager through the Expedia app and Whatsapp with little success. Expedia themselves attempted to contact the property manager multiple times and could not get through. The apartment itself was nice. The fridge/freezer/washing machine all stink of mould and mildew as they aren't left open when the apartment is vacant with the power off.
