Great location, big room and comfy bed. There was some fruit flies in bathroom but it wasn't a stay ruining amount. Read on reviews before i stayed there was western style breakfast but that wasn't the case when i stayed but breakfast was still delicious

City stay Hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights while in Saigon. Good central Hotel just one street from the Market and walking distance to the Independance Palace in District 1. Breakfast was good with a choice of Western and Asian fare. The rooms was spacious but without a window which, is common in quite a few city hotels.

Dear Ms Tu, and Team @ NhatHa2, When I got into the room I was pleasantly surprise you had arranged extra towels and put in 601 room for me. So sweet ❤️! So thoughtful 🫶! This is so professional and top Service 👍! This is the reason why I had been with NH Hotels 🏨 since day one when NH1 opened I stayed there. Later on since NH2 opened, I moved to NH2 …. And I never change hotel. I stay with NH only. Over the years, I’ve recommended all my customers switched from Q5 to NH The feeling and the Service staying in NH is impeccable ! By now, I had been staying totally nearly 20 years or more in NH ! It’s like ❤️ my home 🏡 in Vietnam 🇻🇳! You people at NH are all so beautiful and so nice 😊! Thank you Tu and everyone @ NH2

I can understand the fee for late checkout, because you’re holding the room. But why the fee for early check in when the room is available ? Dead tired from 20 hours flight from America, then I had to walk around to kill time and to wait for check in time. The room is clean. The bathroom floor is flooded when taking a shower. Can’t figure that out, the the wood floor is buckling up, and looks icky. The safe deposit box is no secured to the wall. Anybody can pick it ip and walk out. Didn’t feel comfortable using it. The staffs are friendly and helpful .

Pros: large rooms, cold AC when needed, plenty of hot water for showers, excellent location near all major tourist attractions, good breakfast, great staff service, and very affordable rates. Cons: older hotel, limited breakfast selections (although food quality is great), terrible/tight bathroom layout, and there was a lingering "sewer" odor in the lobby & common areas (not in the rooms - thankfully). Overall, for the price, it is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The larger/more expensive signature rooms are located in the front street-facing. Whereas the mid-price, deluxe rooms in the back may have better views - although smaller.
