벤탐 1군 지역이라 비싼 지역이라는 것은 알고 있지만, 시설의 수준은 여인숙이나 다름 없었음. 하지만, 여러곳을 다녀 본 경험상 가성비 대비 가장 좋지 않는 곳이 아닐까 싶다. 많이 노후 되어 그런지 몰라도 청소는 깨끗하게 메이드가 해 놓지만, 시설이 노후 되었다 보니 시각적으로 지져분하게 보임
