I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere else for food.
Needs to add eating utensils. Only chopsticks available. No broom or mop available. No garbage bag available. Needs to supply washcloth and bath math for bathroom floor. Curtains in bedroom need to be replaced. They’re torn. Needs bug spray. Water bugs in apartment. Needs to communicate better with security as they came late one night demanding our passport saying we were there illegally.
Location was fantastic . Lots of restaurants, spas and a mall with ice rink 5 minutes away

It did not look anything like the pictures listed. Felt like a bait and switch. One elevator keycard does not work. The bathrooms aren’t as clean as we would like. The toilet seat in the master bedroom had left over toothpaste residue and pee stain. Location itself was convenient due to the mall and many storefronts on ground floor. The owners were communicative and nice though.

The property is falsely represented in that it mentions Landmark 81 in its title. It is actually in the Landmark Plus building. It does not meet the standards required to be listed as a luxury appartment. The owner/operator was rude, unprofessional and at best unhelpful.
Good location but very bad service, room is not clean Have such a hard time to contact the host . They didn’t provide any amenities, I have to buy diswashing liquid, toilet papers etc we stay there 7 days they provide us 2 rolls of toilet papers! Very disappointed!
I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here. The check in process was a nightmare.
The website Landmark 81 as location, but it wasn't accurate, misleading. I had to go to multiple places to finally get to the correct one.
The place itself was dirty, despite been charged for cleaning.
Booked for 2 people and they provided only 2 towels.
I wouldn't refer or advise this place to friends.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It is not in the Landmark 81 building as advertised. It’s actually in Landmark 5. I chose this because it specifically stated that it located in the Landmark 81 building. We communicated days before my arrival , but she didn’t tell me the true location until i told her that I am in a taxi from the airport to go to Landmark 81. Very deceptive advertising.
No bath, hand or wash towels
Only one mirror in the apartment and it’s in the bathroom only.
Bathroom have molds around the faucet sink and at the bottom of the shower doors.
Water leaks at the bottom of the shower doors.
Toilet wash hose is leaking. This property should be removed from Expedia list.
Initially checked into Landmark before Tet for a 2 week stay. Had to change rooms as the room had no hot water and terrible mattresses and pillows.
New room was even worse. Room suffered from Ant infestation constantly even after thoroughly cleaning every day while also not eating in the Apartment.
Contacted host for remedy to which they blamed me for ant infestation. It was obvious the room has not been occupied in a while and the ants were inside the wall and kept constantly coming back every morning and night.
Host finally offered a broom for me to sweep, to which I checked out and booked a hotel entirely.
I will not be coming back here and advise others the same as well.

Please stay away from this place. I had already completed the payment, and less than 24 hours before check-in, they informed me in a very condescending manner that they could not provide the house due to a damaged floor. They forced me to pay extra to upgrade to another unit or cancel and find another place myself. However, if I canceled on my own, I would be charged a penalty because it was past the full-refund cancellation deadline. At that point, it was also very difficult to find another place at a reasonable price. Please be cautious and avoid this place

We booked 3 bedroom unit, but host asked us to change to two bedroom when we arrived at 7pm. We asked host to provide another one bedroom apartment but host asked to increase price or they will not let us stay. We have no choice but to pay. Condition of the unit is totally different from pictures. There is ants everywhere in the apartment, and cockroach in kitchen and bathroom. The whole landmark community buildings are not managed well. We saw a lot of groups arrived in lobby and cannot check in. Won’t stay again. Try to avoid these apartments style.
