I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is great, the room is small but comfortable. Wifi worked great. Hot water. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is good. Not many tourists in the area. I could walk to the War Museum (about 30 minute walk). If you're not looking for luxury this is a good choice.

very central and markets close by many places to eat with in a short walk District 1 a short car or bike ride. Quiet at night breakfast menu limited but the food and service was excellent

It's in a terrific location. The owners and staff are very, very accommodating & helpful., and they make the experience very good. The rooms are 2-star + and clean, neat, and very OK. Amenities are not so good...bring your own.

Perfect quality-price-ratio

This was truly a positive surprise! It was like a "shot in the dark" to try and choose a good hotel for a few nights' stay in this massive city. We consider ourselves very lucky having chosen this very hotel in the 3rd district (right beside the city center) of Ho Chi Minh City. Everything worked out just fine: the location was excellent (2-3 euros to get to the center by taxi or a crab car!), the staff was nice and friendly (they also spoke some English and if not, they tried their best to help us with everything), the breakfast was adequate and filling, the room had everything we needed (the top floor room with a balcony looking over the city; own toilet, good shower, comfy bed and tv). Nothing was missing. For this price, it is amazing what they can offer. Will definitely return on my next trip to Saigon <3 =)

Very Clean

The hotel looks very new and very clean. Room size is moderate but very clean, no odor whatsoever. Breakfast is fine. Location is very convenient, close to city center. We will definitely stay here again when we are in HCM city next time.

The stay at this Hotel was very pleasing. The owners were very helpful and friendly, The staff were all very helpful even though there English was poor they still made an effort at every request and always with a smile. I get the air con flu and the owners wife even made me soup etc to help me get better. THATS SERVICE. Breakfast Food was made fresh and they offered an off the menu dish each day to try (traditional food). I would stay at this Hotel again without a worry.

Awesome experience

Booked the room for my uncle traveling from overseas, the hotel is located in the busy area of central district with tons of great local foods, wet market, and all facilities within walking distance. The room was upgraded to room with balcony free of charge and we didn’t even ask. Nice owners and attentive staffs. Even the security guy was nice, welcomed us with his umbrella when we got down from taxi in heavy rain, always smiling. He helped pick up my uncle’s bag falling onto the street and sent to reception - I’m impressed! Overall great service for an affordable small hotel!

Good hotel for one night. The staff are great and kind! The room is clean and hot warm water to shower. The bathrrom light was not very bright so the lighting was not good. The reviews I have read for this hotel have been spot on based on my experience. Also very important is this place has a safe box. I would stay here again.
