Huyen House is in a walking distance from the commercial center of Sai Gon Square 3 (1 km), Notre Dame Cathedral (1.1 km) and Independence Palace (1.2km). It was a disaster. I arrived and the property was locked. I couldn't get hold of them. I had to find another place to stay. I booked and paid but they said they didn't know anything about it and they wouldn't give me a refund because they didn't know about the booking even though i had a receipt and booking number.
