新しい施設で非常に清潔です。１階共用スペースにキッチン有。屋上にはランドリーも有。入口は24時間電動シャッターで守られてます。都度、リモコンキーにて自身で開閉が必要です。 看板も無い(番地のみ掲示)うえにシャッターが閉まってる為、チェックインの際には(チェックインの時間が大幅に変わってしまい)苦戦しました。事前にチェックインの時間を(エクスペディアの)メールで尋ねられるので、そのやりとりを確実に行う必要があります。 チェックインイン/アウトの時間は、かなり、かなり、かなり融通が利きます。とにかく、かなり自由です。
