Ikke det bedste ophold

Området er ganske fint, men værelset er ikke opdateret. Badeværelset er meget lille. Vi havde vandskade på vores værelse og flere bøger m.m. Blev ødelagt og de gjorde intet i receptionen af service for den skade der var sket. Jeg vil nok vælge mange andre steder frem for dette.

初日のシーツは新しいと思えなかった。また下水の匂いがあがってきていてやや、へやがくさい。トイレにコバエが数匹いました。

Won't be staying here again!

Our room we were given was really damp, smelt REALLY bad, the aircon was smoking or had some kind of vapour coming out and there were big cockroaches. As my husband had a bad chest we could not stay in the room. We were in there for half an hour getting ready and it was really effecting his breathing. We asked to move rooms and were told the hotel was booked up and he only had bigger rooms which were more money, so we said we would look around and book somewhere else. When we returned later we were told he had spoken to the manager and we could have a new room. We were put in a massive suite, there was no damp in this one, but there was cockroaches. the WiFi also didn't work at all, apart from in the reception. I have a feeling that all of the rooms are not very nice and the suite is a back up for complainers. The suite looked like the advertised pictures, the room we initially had was nothing like the pictures. Plus side, location is great.

Small, Downtown hotel

Dissappinting start to our trip in vietnam. Small hot, windowless room, two cockroaches in the room. Very hot, we eventually had relief from the heat once we figured out how to get the air conditioning working. No toilet paper. Somewhat clean sheets were provided. We were supposed to stay there three nights. We left early as it was dirty, uncomfortable, unwelcoming, Smoking in lobby. Close to shopping if you can get across the street without being hit by a motorcycle.

Very ordinary hotel, decent location

I booked my room online about 2 weeks prior to staying at Hoang Phi Hotel. When I arrived to check in the staff were unable to find my booking and were adamant that I hadn't booked a room. After approximately 30min of stressing about where I was going to stay and trying to convince them I actually had booked a room the lady called someone and finally decided that I had booked a room. Upon entering the room I noticed the sink tap was very loose and I had to hold it over the sink to stop water running onto the floor. The door handle to the bathroom had broken so if the door was closed it couldn't be opened from the bathroom side. I was given a towel only and no bath mat or hand towel. No soap or shampoo for the shower. On the plus side, the A/C was decent! Wouldn't stay there again though.

The center to stay for tourist attractions

We arrive during the time they are cleaning the hotel, so a lot of mess around. The staff are friendly. The room is hot because of the glass wall, but once the AC is On it will be okay. The bed is comfortable.

Fair not great

The room had no cockroaches, no bed bugs, no infestations of any kind. The air conditioning is limited. Power to the room is only available while the key is in the room. So no leaving the ac running while you are out. So every time you return the room is hot and humid. Bottled water is not free. A travel agency is located on the street level so you can book tours all over, or get an emergency flight. Many ATMs are located very close. Lots of good food, and circle k s are just down the street. If I return to Vietnam I would stay there again. It was not what I was expecting but it was fair.

Very nice staff but that's it

Staff is very friendly and helpful but hotel room was full of ants and general condition is a bit....so-so. Broken window would not close and made the AC useless.
