The hotel itself is very clean, with a lovely aroma throughout and a modern, stylish feel. It’s clear that care is taken in maintaining the space, and it does create a pleasant first impression. However, one major issue that should be clearly advertised is the lack of privacy in the rooms — the bathroom area is only separated by sheer curtains. This setup may be fine for couples or solo travelers, but it is definitely not suitable for families or those traveling with companions where privacy is important. In our case, a grandfather and granddaughter were sharing a room, and the lack of a proper bathroom enclosure made it extremely uncomfortable. We raised our concerns with hotel staff and initially, they were not willing to accommodate us with a different room — even though it should have been a simple fix given the situation. After pushing back and putting up quite a fight, they eventually did provide us with a more suitable room, but the lack of empathy or understanding from the start was disappointing. We shouldn’t have had to advocate so hard for a basic level of consideration. This place is better suited for couples or individuals. Families or anyone needing privacy should think twice — and the hotel should be more transparent about the bathroom layout in their advertising.

The thing we like the most about the property is its location. Besides being close to the airport, it locates at the corner of a major street and a much less crowded street so it was very convenient for taxi to pick up or drop off. We like the free live music on Wednesday and Saturday and free drink vouchers. The mixed drinks have unique Vietnamese taste so it would be a personal preference whether you like them or not. The hotel was quiet. The staffs were friendly.
