I’m has booked the grandsiverland hotel but your guy changed my booking to the siverland yen hotel in last minute the siverland too old and no good location for me that why I canceled my next booking with the siverland yen hotel , I’m not happy

Flott beliggenhet, god standard og god service

Forholdsvis rimelig og bra hotell med god standard. Hotellet ligger like ved Ben Thanh markedet og er i gangavstand til både Notre Dame, postkontoret og de tre største kjøpesentrene. Kjempebra beliggenhet. Vi synes det var et kjempefint opphold. Litt begrenset utvalg ved frokosten, men vi likte at oppholdet inkluderte gratis «te» og litt og litt å spise mellom 15.00 - 17.00. Absolutt verdi for pengene. Særlig når en sammenlikner med andre alternativ i området.

Disappointing no quality.

This hotel is very conveniently located in Ho Chi Minh city district 1. This is within easy walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and Street Food market. That's the only nice thing i have to say. This hotel is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at the staff are not fully trained and especially, the receptionist (Yen) she never smiled at us and looked angry all the time. I would never be coming back to this hotel. I wish they take this complaint as improving their staff behaviour.

ファミリールームを使用。 部屋の広さも十分でした。 窓も開閉はできなかったけどあって良かったです。 ただ　帰国日早朝　停電して 荷物整理や洗顔、トイレなど暗闇でスマホのライト頼りに しなければならなっかたのが大変でした。 エレバーターも止まっていて５階なので 大きなスーツケース持って非常階段か・・・と 思っていたら丁度部屋を出る前に　電気が回復 エレバーターもつかえたので良かったです。

Le meilleur silverland de sai gon

Hôtel près du marché ben thanh avec un personnel au top . Un plus pr les after lunch de 15:00 au 17:00 pr tous les clients: buffet garni avec une chef qui fait les crêpes pr les enfants...attention pr les claustrophobes le premier prix ce sont les chambres sans fenêtre.La piscine sur toit a une vue très sympathique ...je reviendrai à coup sur pr un très bon rapport qualité prix
