Cochin Zen, worth a visit.

What a lovely hotel, compact with good size rooms. Beautiful individually painted hallways. Awesome attention to detail. Pool a bit small , disappointing. Perfectly centred near Banh Tanh market.

5 days stay in Ho Chi Minh city

Good location and friendly staffs. The bath tub shower in room 402 build too high from the ground and unsafe to get out with a slipping wet floor. We also have replaced the card keys 3 times due to the mechanical issues with the door lock.

Expensive for what it is

We choose a window less room as we just had a short night at the hotel. When we arrived the room smelt horrible and they’re was a cockroach int je bathroom. They changed us room but still for 100€ the quality was poor.

The old shower inside a massive bath tub made accessibility real awkward and water constantly splashed all over the floors making it slippery as ice. I slipped on more that one occasion narrowly missed a serious arm injury. Hate to think how elderly visits handle bathroom obstacle course.

jaccuzi lack hot water. Room lack of tissue paper. Room not fully sound proof. Tv channel lack of international channel. Breakfast no top up of food. Overall alright but expensive with the facilities not fully useable.

This hotel is in a very convenient location to many things including the War Remnants Museum, Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market and more. The hotel has a nice "zen" vibe to it.The buffet breakfast was great. I just wished we didn't have to pull the one keycard out each time we left (which controls the electronics including the AC) and therefore coming back to a non-AC room.

3star bait and switch establishment. Advertise Free room upgrade ... But it's only available if you pay for it. Happy hour drinks advertised everywhere ... But only on certain drinks ... that were "not available " for 3 days. Rooms much more compact than what appears on the images & "pool" can fit family of 5 as long as they don't move.... beds are clean and comfy

說是日式飯店 實際上比較像在接待團客的地方 裝修也還好 並沒有日式的感覺 性價比沒有想像中的優 早餐一般 而且位子不足 空間比較擁擠 感覺很多設施都是硬生出來的 地理環境，因為在第一郡靠近檳城市場 和Saigon Center 所以比較方便 但是在這附近的飯店也很多，相較一下可以多比較 如果以清潔度環境來說是可以的 總結很平均 沒有特別好，以及特別不好

I've stayed here multiple times already has always been good. Most previous time they charged us incorrectly on arrival and requested us to pay correct amount upon check out which was an inconvenience. But it is what is it, every one makes mistakes.

We booked a windowless room since we were only staying 2 nights and the room rate was great. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. The only negative was the bed we had which was VERY firm. Felt like sleeping on a wooden box with a thin mattress pad. Didn’t get much sleep and when we wanted to rest after breakfast, there was construction going on. Sounded like it was on the other side of the room wall. Drilling, hammering, very noisy and disruptive. Odd to be doing such heavy work on a Saturday morning. Overall, not a terrible experience. Pool was great but small, with shaded areas.
