Hotel staff were friendly and serviceminded. Hotel is on the cheaper side so don't expect luxury. Hallway to the room smelled a little weird, rooms were okay. Shower needs improvement. Beds were fine and AC worked great, so did all the amenities.

Well situated within walking distance of most local attractions, the hotel was very clean and well kept but the bed was rock hard. It can be quite noisy at night with neighbours banging doors and listening to TV late, but you can get that at any hotel. The breakfast was good, the choice was about expected for the region, with some western-ish food available too. All in all a pleasant enough stay.

Our stay had pros and cons. The pros: the staff were so hospitable, warm and kind! The location was central and very walkable to shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants. The cons: our room was disappointing. Our party had three rooms under two bookings. I think I got the wrong class of room but didn't want to say anything as we could tolerate for 3 nights. Room was grungier than expected and cleaning standard was not great. There is no soundproofing so could hear street noises and every single hallway noise, including cleaning and maintenence staff. Our room was non-smoking, but man down the hall was smoking in his room, causing the hallway to smell. Not good if you are sensitive to smoke! Overall, as kind as the staff were and great location, I will probably try a different hotel next time.

I stayed first time in this hotel, all of staffs are always try to do best service, it is the most impressive for me, breakfast is good for Pho Bo and other western and Vietnamese dishes I really enjoyed. Facility is very old but try to clean up good conditions, if possible, could you please put 1 or 2 laundry machine with detergent and rinse in that case more better for many tourists and business trip persons, so far I think one of the best reasonable hotel in Saigon, cheers,

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel itself was pleasant enough for the price. Good walking distance to attractions in the city. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Massage was good value in the spa. Unfortunately other guests in our floor were extremely noisy late at night and early in the morning. Not the hotels fault just unfortunate!

The hotel is fairly priced and its located near restaurants, banks for changing your money, supermarkets for water and other landmarks. It is one of the few VIP hotels that exactly gave me an upgrade. The breakfast offered was quite good.
