We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear all that!Our hotel uses solar energy for hot water, so sometimes it takes a bit for the energy system to convert from solar to an average point to heat the water in case no reserved hot water is available. It would help to close the window as that works with noise cancelling. We don't leave utensil items in the room to prevent guests from mixing them. However, they were provided when asked. Foods might be a reason that attracts ants, but we do offer daily room service upon request. We would be happy to help if you had let us know.Since the city is in a tropical area, many of our guests prefer thin sheets; we have blankets available for guests upon request.As environmentally friendly, we have as few one-time-use bottles as possible; reception is open 24 hours so you can request more shampoo. However, we also provide the bottles of water to go with the price list on our service book at each guest's room. Additionally, we are happy to answer your questions and requests 24 hours.
