We liked the location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was comfortable. It was noisy at night as revellers made their way down the street from the bars in the plaza nearby.

Location was great, 10 mins walk from the Cathedral and just off Plaza Encarnacion, lots of eateries and shops nearby. Our ground floor room was very spacious and quiet, with a big bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Good location, hotel is ok, bit noisy

Location is good for that part of Sevilla, we moved to another hotel to tackle the other side. You can hear noises from street and bars are nearby. With good price it’s a decent stay.

Great location, authentic Andulucuan style, adequate breakfast, helpful staff, daily cleaning was excellent. Roof top pool was small but very refreshing and totally needed after day sightseeing in the July heat.

The rooms are very tiny. We had a double size bed and no room to walk around it. Do not expect any kind of view from your room. The staff is not very friendly and we felt harrased when they requested that we sign a waiver so they can forward our details to the local police. My husband and I have traveled throughout Europe, own a business in Vancouver, Canada but we have never been treated like common criminals until we came to this place. We have also stayed at other places in Spain and we were never required to forward our details to police before.We will never stay here again.

the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of breakfast too. Couldn't work out the coffee machine in the room though!
