"You feel like you are back in the early 1900s, except for the comforts of home. Connie and Gary took great care of us and we enjoyed the conversation at breakfast and the food very much!"

Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Airport
10/10 Excellent
"I appreciated the evening dinner (Taco Bar, hotdogs) and the morning breakfast. I stayed near the airport and it made it easy to not have to find a place for dinner or breakfast. The shuttle was prompt in taking me to the airport. "
"Very well maintained property. Staff/team were all friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. Great location next to Arch. Had a low battery problem on the morning of departure and sought help at the front desk. Problem solved as maintenance met us in the garage with a portable jumper starter. What a value added service! Another big plus—nightly reception with great food and beverages. Would definitely stay here again as well as other Drury locations."
"I stayed at the Best Western Plus by Lambert Airport for one reason only: proximity to the airport. The front desk clearly told me the airport shuttle leaves at 4:00 AM sharp. I came downstairs at 3:55 AM, only to be told the shuttle had already left.
There was no apology, no effort to help — just a casual, “Don’t worry, they’ll be back around 4:40.” That might work if my flight wasn’t at 5:20 AM. If I wanted the 4:40 shuttle, I would’ve slept another half hour and come down at 4:30.
This hotel’s entire value proposition is its location — right by the airport and in the same lot as the Alamo/National rental center. If they can’t even manage their one essential service — the airport shuttle — what’s the point of staying here?
Completely unreliable, dismissive staff, and zero accountability. I’ll be staying anywhere else next time — even if it means walking to the terminal."
