"We stayed in this beautiful home for 9 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Communication with the host was great. Enjoyed spending mornings and afternoons in the pool and evenings in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the amenities you could want. Hope to stay here again!"

"We call this house our second home. It is our second time staying there and in fact, looking forward to our next stay the week before Christmas. The house is amazing. It is well supplied with all the amenities needed including beach towels. Yes, it has a pool and jacuzzi. From when you first walk in, the experience is extremely clean and fresh with the feeling of walking into your home. You can access all the needed streaming channels. The kitchen is well stocked with more than just the basics. There's an outside grill with lighting accents to add that special touch. The pool set-up is spot on with ample lounge chairs, chairs, tables and several large umbrellas. There's a small office set up that includes internet, monitor and copier if needed. The Evolve team, Chris and Suzanne are amazing to work with. They are so attentive to requests and needs that come up. Every time I have reached out to them, their response is first class all the way...very quick and wonderful customer service. Their attentiveness to making sure we are having a good time is what makes us want to continue renting this home. We are already looking to book at least two stays next year!Eric & Lauri"

"The hosts did an excellent job of anticipating what guest might need! They really thought of everything. If I had onecsuggestion I would recommend that host have guest passes to enjoy the communities amenities. We had to take advantage of the residents for a day program to access the Starpointe pool with kid friendly pool and slides. Evening was absolutely a dream! Thank you, Cathy Alston"
