"Old dilapidated, dirty, there was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work, the coat rack, soap dispensers and bathroom racks were falling off of the walls. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay there again"

"The property was extremely convenient to everything in town. Easy to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, and every amenity you could possibly want was in place. We would definitely stay there again - when we aren’t traveling with our dog. The property is billed as “pet friendly”. However, the entire property is covered with concrete. No place on property for a dog to relieve themselves. All around the neighborhood are privately owned homes with fenced yards. There is a Masonic Lodge two blocks away with a nice lawn, but we were scolded for letting the dog sniff there. We made friends with a guy who has a car wash a block away and our dog enjoyed his soft gravel. This is a wonderful place to stay, but not when you are traveling with an elderly dog with special needs."

"good parking, cool place as it is historical. very clean. the ONLY downside to this place is there is a very steep set of stairs you have to go up to get to your room. it is steep and the stairs themselves are not fullsize. makes it hard to get luggage, etc up."

"Room and bathroom were spotless, comfortable bed, safe and central location, good breakfast. I would highly recommend this property. It's quaint, charming, comfortable, clean, and very centrally located within the town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only (small) issue, mentioning only to warn others who might not be used to it, freight train tracks are right outside the hotel and the trains come very late at night - they LOVE to blow their horns at all hours of the morning. Everywhere you'd stay in Williams you'd hear them, honestly. Not the hotel's fault at all."
