"Mi estancia en general fue muy agradable , pero si debo recalcar que la atención en Punta Cana ha desmejorado mucho , desde el aeropuerto hasta algunas personas en el hotel, pero en su mayoría todos nos trataron bien , el hotel es muy lindo pero deben pasarle la mano a las habitaciones, sobre todo a los baños , y algunas áreas comunes como la piscina , por todo lo demás estuvo buenísimo ,"

"We had a great 7-day family vacation at Lopesan Caoba Lagoon. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and the public areas were clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and were able to disconnect and rest. The resort involves quite a bit of walking, some areas are poorly illuminated at night, and housekeeping and the service at the Mexican and Italian restaurants could be improved. Overall, it was a very enjoyable family experience and we would consider returning."

"Room clean hood enough for 3 stars. Staff does not understand english. Swim up bar was good. I would give 4 stars The pools need to maintenance The food litle salty Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Need to play early morning or afternoon after 5pm. Because the sun. Italy, Japanese and steak house restaurants are good. As 3.5 star Buffet i would give 3 stars Overall staff not in a service mode. And most staff does not know English. Not recommend for vacation. If you expect 4.5 stars service. I would go to Cancun, Bahamas, Caracao or Aruba. For little more cost."

"Love the staff!!!! They really make you feel welcome and want you to enjoy yourself. Our butler Jorge was there for us whenever we needed him. The bar staff at the pool was very entertaining and on point!! This place is a huge value for the money. It was our second visit and will be going again."
