"Staff spoke excellent English. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was a pain to access with the card as it seemed to be very temperamental. Parking was fine, as a larger van we had to park in the outdoor car park, but our room key opened gate. Pool was nice if not a little cold. "

"Location can’t be beat! Everything was within a quick walk! Our room was lovely. Staff was great as well! Only downside were the elevators - didn’t seem to work as efficiently as we’d expect. We would stay here again - even with the walk up and down to the 6th floor where our room was. "
