"Hotel de la Paix is a wonderful property, each of our rooms had some outdoor space and were brilliantly designed. Right in the center of town and the staff/family is very accommodating. If you are visiting Poperinge (and you should) this is the place to stay."

"For a 4-star hotel, I would say it was very dissatisfactory. The carpets have stains, and the toilet is very old and needs a serious renovation. The shower space was clean but it does not have a shower head (yes I am not joking). There was a broken hand held water spray that leaked water from everywhere. "We had a very pleasant stay at Jost. The staff were friendly and the food hall had great options to choose from. Breakfast could have been better. If you are not in by 9am, many of the options are already gone and are not being replenished. You have to cook your own eggs and waffles.
