"The St Nicholas is hands down one of the best hotels/resorts I have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Himare was delightful. The front desk staff were wonderful, booking excursions, recommending restaurants, and anticipating every need. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of hot items, local delicacies, baked goods, fresh fruit and high end coffees. The rooftop pool and restaurant provided an exquisite view. The room was large with two balconies and a dreamy bed. The bathroom was huge with a large tub, separate shower and double vanity. We were sad to leave but look forward to returning again soon."
