Cute and stylish Courtside 2br, 2.5ba with 2 pools walk to beach or Coligny!

Park your car and relax! Walk or bike to the beach, the pool, Coligny Circle, or Low County Celebration Park! 2br, 2.5 bath villa sleeps 6. Only 2 blocks to the beach, 5-10 min to Coligny or the park. Great for summer family fun, a work-cation, golf trip, tennis/pickleball or snowbird getaway!

Get cozy and comfortable in our stylish open-concept main floor with updated modern furnishings. Relax and read or watch TV on our chaise sofa or recliner chairs. There's dining space for 6. Relax on the balcony with tennis or pickleball right out the back door! The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare meals at home with new appliances, cookware, pantry and spices. Freshen up beach laundry in the washer and dryer. We included lots of toys and games too for evenings or a rainy day.

You'll sleep comfortably in the master with a king bed, 2 closets and ensuite bath with a great shower. If you have to do a little remote work, you can set up at our full-size desk, office chair and TV that doubles as an extra computer monitor. The second bedroom is bright and colorful with a double bed, twin and trundle twin bed, dresser, ladder desk, task chair, TV (can also be used as second monitor) and updated bath.

Please note the unit is on the second floor, and requires stairs to get up to the bedrooms. Pools open April to October. No pets, no smoking, no parties allowed in the complex.

Great stay

My family and me enjoyed our stay in Kelly's property. It is very cozy place, that has everything we needed. Beach is in walking distance. My daughter really enjoyed to use beach toys and boogie boards. The little wagon is a big help to bring our stuff to the beach. The location was close to the restaurants and stores. Kelly is very nice host and she replied quickly and without delays to my messages. We are looking forward to come back next year.
