"The room was very clean and well maintained. Shower door was hard to open and close. Parking was easy. Very quiet stay. Front desk didn’t answer the phone. Convenient area and felt safe. Nice place to stop for a break. Restaurants, gas, pharmacy close by."

"This rental met all of out needs and expectations. A minor issue was discussed with the host and remedy was already in place. Parking for a boat was tight but we managed fine. The home was very clean and furnished very well. A nice view of the lake with direct water access. The host was very responsive to all of my questions."

"I had a decent stay for the price. The location was excellent. There was plenty of places to shop and eat at. One of the biggest downside to me and the most concerning was that there was no elevator to the second floor. Just a unlocked glass door right by the lobby that also was connected by another glass door where the snack machine was also located inside the lobby. The upstairs was not ever locked so just anyone at anytime had access to the rooms upstairs, which as a women traveling by yourself, is very unnerving. A suggestion would be to install a card reader on the doors for security/access. The bathtub did not have a stopper so I had to stuff a wash cloth into the drain to take a bath. The fridge and microwave was very clean though and so was the room. They do not use fitted sheets on the bed so the covers would not stay put on the bed while I slept which was annoying. There was only one ice machine and it was located downstairs outside,right directly in front of the hotel lobby entrance. So to get ice you had to go outside. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again with a companion."

"We absolutely loved this property. It was very roomy and comfortable. The backyard was really nice and the dock along with the fire pit area was so convenient to let my grandbabies play while we sat out by the lake It’s a very quiet area, which was important for me. Very convenient to Milledgeville as well. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend. The owner Jim was very hospitable. I will say that this is the first kitchen in any Vrbo home that had everything I needed to cook a full meal as far as pots, pans, cooking utensils, and most importantly, a tea pitcher!"

"The property was as lovely in person as it is in the listing! The house has plenty of room to spread out and is as well-supplied as any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The icemaker actually kept up with 4 of us and the tap water was quite drinkable! Our poodle enjoyed the large yard, as well as watching the geese, squirrels and birds. We hope to stay again in the future."
