"Thought the property was located in a perfect position to restaurant choices and great shops. The shuttle was great and came frequently to get us to the park entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was such a great spot outside and so refreshing after a hike. The deer on the grounds were an added bonus! Breakfast was very good and the gift shop and ice cream were wonderful! "

"Stay was pleasant and room nice except nothing was done in our room after the first night. Normally that doesn't bother me but usually trash is picked up. PM clerk was very helpful. Second morning there was a lag in the office being opened. There were lots of people waiting for their breakfast. We were waiting to get cream cheese to go with our bagels; someone forgot to put it in the bags. Loved the "to go" bags but not sure everyone is made aware of how you get breakfast. We picked up our bags the night before since we were leaving the hotel before 730. Only vital suggestion: Might be helpful if office opened earlier, especially in busy season. Most people probably want to get going before 730."

"Always enjoy coming here. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Front desk even changed the location of our glamping tent to one that we requested when she didn’t have to, which made all the difference for us and our stay. We will be back again!"
