"As always we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and were quickly on to our room, which was spotless. Unfortunately the television was inoperable but within minutes we were moved to another room. The Park Center area really works for us as it has a “tucked away” feel but centrally located just outside city center. Finally, the hot breakfast offerings and dining atmosphere are definitely a step above most other hotels in this price range, from our experience. When in Boise, which is often, we’ll continue staying at the Park Center H I Express, absolutely no reason to go anywhere else unless we some day get priced out. "

"The bed felt like an amazing cloud. First time waking w out pain. The oversized tub and walk in shower, were so nice! The room altogether was the best place I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Serve to order breakfast, it is worth the $ and stay."

"Room was very clean, however there was a strong fragrance. I just opened the window for a few hours and the fragrance dissipated. The staff is great, and free, unlimited coffee is a great way to start the day!!"
