"Some southern hospitality & old Florida charm at this property. Spacious room, comfy bed, large balcony with the beach only steps away. Interesting property around the hotel - lots of birdhouses & ponds. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. "

"These properties are nice but the company can be hard to get in contact with. We had an issue with the keycode for the door at arrival and the host never even got back to me. Thankfully the property manager answered and was able to get us inside. Other than sometimes poor communication is was a very pleasant trip and we very much enjoyed the townhouse!"

"The condo is wonderful! Lots of great artwork to enjoy! Leather reclining sofas and chairs are comfortable and inviting. Mattresses are top quality and linens are good! Only around /- 800 feet to the beach. We had a wonderful time!"

"Very clean from top to bottom. So many things were added as an extra touch such as tea and coffee and towel towels for the beach. TV in every room such nice decor loved the front porch swings. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with."

"Great location on the cape and nice accommodations for my wife and I to have a nice weekend getaway. Emily reached out personally and let us know she was there if there was anything we needed, which was above and beyond and unnecessary considering the clean and welcome condo she has available. We will use the next time we are in the cape."

"Property was as described, but muchbetter in person. Very clean! And set up so nice but comfortable. Beautiful home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well set up. Beds were very comfortable. Recliners were well appreciated. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!"
