"Disappointing Stay – Major Cleanliness Issues Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. To start, the pool was out of service, which we were not informed about ahead of time. When we entered the room, cleanliness was a major concern. There were noticeable stains on the floor near the refrigerator that looked like food—or possibly something worse—which was very unsettling. The bedsheets also had visible stains on them, and I have photos documenting both the sheets and the carpet. The entire room appeared as if it had not been properly cleaned or dusted in quite some time. Surfaces were dusty, and the bathroom had watermarks and other marks all over the walls, making it feel poorly maintained overall. This was far below the standard we expected, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their cleaning practices moving forward."

"The room was big and clean. The elevator was broken, we had to carry our suitcases up. It was quiet. There were new towels in the bathroom which was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had less variety than expected…. It was close to the gateway arch, felt safe being there."

"Staff was top notch, room was average. Room was really dirty in areas like behind the nightstand or behind / under the furniture. The bed was good, and the AC worked well. I do wish the fridge had an option to turn up as it wasn't very cold at all. Toilet had very little pressure. "

"Our room was nice and clean. Even though the hotel was fairly full, our room was quiet. Breakfast was limited with only breads, cereals, yogurt, juice, and coffee. We stayed for four nights. "
