"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"Nice hotel in very good location if you using public transport. 5min from train station and ski slopes. Great choice of restaurants around. Breakfast was good for the price, just a shame that they don't have restaurant for the evening meal. Very nice and helpful staff, helped us to get a taxi to airport for 6 people."

"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

"Beautifully situated hotel. Possibility of using Zakopane thermal baths. The meals were very tasty. The downside was the breakfast time. The cafeteria opened a bit too late for early departures. All the staff knew the area very well. Their suggestions for local attractions were invaluable. Even in bad weather they helped us find the right program. Mr. Maciej from the reception and Mrs. Lucja were irreplaceable in this. Janusz Dziuba."
