Despite twice contacting reception to help fix the issue (which they said they had done by controls at reception) it still didn’t waork and was freezing. They eventually brought manual heaters but this is not the standard I would expect. At no point were we offered another room "

"Excellent location for easy access to Abingdon and Oxford park and ride. We were attending a graduation and needed an early start - breakfast is normally served at 8, but the proprietor was gracious enough to serve ours at 7:30 so that we could get into Oxford on time."

"Great location, just minutes away from the river and the town centre. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you could need. The chaise longue in the bedroom is ideal for an afternoon nap, or lazily reading a book. The town is a delight with history, good shops and restaurants and markets on Monday and Friday. One of those places that makes you consider returning."

"We rented Home Farm for a work retreat and it was brilliant. We had people stay in the different accommodations and then come to the main house for sessions. We had a private chef make lunch and dinners for us, which worked really well. The whole place is clean, cosy and a really lovely space to be in! Plus there are lots of good walks around the estate! "
